Oklahoma man arrested on more than 100 child pornography charges
MUSKOGEE, Okla. – A Muskogee man is behind bars facing more than 100 counts of child pornography charges.
According to KOKI, more charges could be filed.
Muskogee County deputies say they got a tip from Google that Michael Gonzales had been downloading.
“When he uploaded one of the photos into his email account, Google noticed it, flagged the account and shut it down, said investigator Melissa Jackson.
Deputies say Gonzales was allegedly searching the internet for pornographic pictures of kids and then hoarding them.
This week deputies arrested Gonzales on more than 100 counts of possession of child pornography.
Investigators say there could be up to 700 more pornographic images of children on his phone, and more charges are pending.
A judge denied bail for Gonzales.
