OKLAHOMA CITY–Several fire departments are on the scene of a grass fire in the far northern part of the metro.

The fire is blazing along Waterloo Road between Portland and Meridian Avenues on the southern part of Logan County.

The fire has reportedly burned about 25-30 acres so far.

There is a house in relatively close distance. But  as fire fighters have a handle on the situation, they are expecting to put out the flames far before they reach the house.
