TULSA, Okla. — Police are searching for a shooter this morning after a terrifying scene at a north Tulsa barbershop.

Police say the shooter walked into Gifted Hands Barbershop just before the store’s closing time at 9 p.m. Friday. The man opened fire, killing one man and injuring three others.

It was reported the fourth man showed up at the hospital a short time after the other victims.

As for the co-owner of the barbershop, she does not believe her two barbers are the targets.

“My barbers are family men. I don’t question anything. They aren’t gang members if that’s what you’re asking. They are family men. The come to work and take care of business; they cut hair and go home,” Lakima Scott said.

Police say this does not appear to be an attempted robbery.
