MOORE, Okla. – Authorities say a Westmoore High School student accused of raping a teenage girl is now facing additional charges.

On Friday, Cleveland County District Attorney Greg Mashburn filed second-degree rape charges against 19-year-old Boston Williams.

Officials say Williams, along with two other students, raped a 15-year-old girl.

The victim originally said she was forced to have sex with the men, but Mashburn says that story changed.

“There is evidence that she participated in at least some of the sex acts voluntarily,” Mashburn said.

However, Mashburn says the victim was under the age of consent.

“They’re not capable of making the best decisions,  therefore the law is going to protect them from people who might take advantage of their age,” Mashburn said.

In addition to Williams, 18-year-old John Delmoral and 18-year-old Terrel Skinner are also facing second-degree rape charges.

Now, Williams is facing an additional charge of second-degree rape.

On Tuesday, Oklahoma County District Attorney David Prater filed the charge against Williams.

The affidavit says the 15-year-old victim told her mother that she and Williams had sex at his apartment.

She claimed she went over to his apartment to smoke marijuana. When she arrived, “the suspect hugged her, kissed her, and took off her clothes.”

The report claims the victim told Williams to stop before they had sex, but he continued with the act.

The affidavit says detectives spoke with the victim’s mother, who said she was originally told the sex was consensual.

Williams allegedly admitted to having sex with the girl and said he knew she was 15-years-old.
