WESTLAKE, Ohio – Former Oklahoma City Thunder player Kendrick Perkins was recently involved in a domestic dispute Wednesday morning, according to police reports obtained by SB Nation.

Perkins was pulled over after a 911 caller reported a roadside disturbance.

The caller told police a woman appeared to be hitting Perkins.

The caller suggested to police that Vanity Perkins, Kendrick’s wife, was the one who instigated the dispute, according to SB Nation.

“Looks like the woman is hitting the man and he’s trying to get out of the car parked on the side of the road,” according to the audio of the 911 call.

When police arrived, the couple claimed they had a “verbal altercation.”

SB Nation says police gave Kendrick a ride home and Vanity drove home in the car the two were originally in.

No charges have been filed.
