OKLAHOMA CITY – An Oklahoma City woman was arrested after allegedly impersonating an officer.

Witnesses called police after they say 29-year-old Jessica Kemp was banging on the windows of a vacant house.

When one of the neighbors told her to stop, Kemp reportedly told her, “I don’t have to, I am the police.”

According to the arrest affidavit, Kemp told officers on the scene to “get out of my face because I’m one of you and the FBI.”

However, authorities say they had previous run-ins with Kemp and knew that she wasn’t a member of law enforcement.

The report also claims Kemp threatened to arrest one of the responding officers.

As they were walking to a patrol car, the affidavit says Kemp lowered her shirt to expose herself to nearby children.

Kemp was arrested for impersonating a police officer, indecent exposure, public intoxication and disorderly conduct.
