HARVEST, Ala. – In today’s world, technology seems to be king.

Many children are enthralled with the newest video games and apps, which is why many health experts are concerned.

Some say children are not getting enough physical activity to stay fit, meaning sports and physical education classes are even more important.

Jared Paschall, a P.E. teacher at Harvest Elementary, decided to create a fun workout for his students while incorporating popular dance moves that they all already knew.

Paschall filmed his students performing the dance and posted it to YouTube so other teachers could present it to their classes.
