This is an outstanding recipe for any veined cheese salad dressing. Roquefort, Stilton, Bleu or Gorgonzola will all shine in this easy to follow recipe - and Kyle guarantees it to be superior to anything available in any grocery store!

Yield: 2 cups or roughly 8 servings

  • 1 Cup Mayonnaise
  • 1 Cup Sour Cream
  • 2 Tablespoons Lemon Juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire
  • Few Dashes Tabasco
  • 1/4 t Salt
  • 1/4 t Pepper
  • 6 oz Coarsely Crumbled, Veined Cheese

In a bowl, whisk together all ingredients except cheese, salt and pepper. Whisk thoroughly until smooth. Fold in cheese; salt and pepper to taste. Dressing may be thinned by adding a bit of buttermilk or whole milk, if desired. Best if prepared 24 hours before serving.
