Thunder officials: Kevin Durant suffers strained left hamstring during win over Wizards
OKLAHOMA CITY – Following a big win against the Washington Wizards on Tuesday night, many Oklahoma City Thunder fans were concerned about one of the team’s star players.
Kevin Durant only played during the first half of the game after suffering what many people believed to be a strained hamstring.
On Wednesday, the Thunder announced that Durant underwent an MRI, which confirmed he has a strained left hamstring.
Durant will be re-evaluated in seven to 10 days.
Last night, Durant scored 14 points and recorded 10 rebounds.
So far this season, Durant is averaging 28 points and 7 rebounds per game.
