The so-called “affluenza” teenager has been arrested in Mexico with his mother. He was on probation after killing 4 people while driving drunk in Texas, he didn’t get jail time because his attorneys convinced a judge the teen’s family wealth and affluence left him incapable of acting like a responsible adult. Then video surfaced of him at a party involving alcohol; a violation of his parole.
He and his mother fled. What should authorities do with him now?
