OKLAHOMA — Former Oklahoma Corporation Commissioner and former Edmond Mayor Patrice Douglas and Republican State Representative Lewis Moore discuss what is causing the earthquakes and who is going to (or might) pay for the damage.

The panel discusses the theory that Lake Arcadia is creating earthquakes. They also talk about how insurance companies may not cover all possible earthquake damage because homeowners can't prove whether the quakes are natural or man-made.

The panel talks about the budget announcement and the cuts that are coming, especially for education.

"It could get worse before it gets better."
