OKLAHOMA – As severe storms rolled through Oklahoma Friday afternoon, many of you sent us some incredible photos of hail, lightning, and the damage left behind.
Ninnekah, a town in Grady County, was one of the hardest hit areas in central Oklahoma.
Authorities with Grady County Emergency Management believe a small tornado is what caused the damage to several homes.
One man’s guest home was destroyed while he was out with his family.
He returned to find his belongings scattered in a field, including his mattress on a power pole.
Dale Thompson, with Grady County Emergency Management, said that several spots suffered storm damage but no one appears to be hurt.
