Agents investigating missing money from senior class at Oklahoma school district
CUSTER COUNTY, Okla. – Authorities are investigating after school leaders in one Oklahoma district say money is missing from a fund for a class trip.
The Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation say several seniors from the Arapaho-Butler Class of 2016 worked throughout the year to earn money for a senior class trip.
Now, investigators say some of that money is missing.
They say the school district is not affiliated with the fundraising or collection of money for the class.
At this point, OSBI agents are interviewing students and parents, along with collecting financial information.
So far, no arrests have been made.
