LAWTON, Okla. – An employee at an Oklahoma correctional facility was arrested this week after she was allegedly caught smuggling drugs into the prison.

According to KSWO, when Ashley Hart showed up for work at the Lawton Correctional Facility, her supervisor could smell a strong odor of marijuana coming from her body.

When the supervisor questioned her about the smell, Hart said she needed to go to the bathroom.

The supervisor then followed Hart to the bathroom where she allegedly pulled out a bag of marijuana wrapped in electrical tape from her rectum.

Hart was arrested and booked into the Lawton City Jail for bringing contraband into a penal institution.

“I didn’t even get paid for this yet,” Hart reportedly told an employee at the city jail.

According to KSWO, as Hart was changing into jail clothing, another bag of marijuana fell from her bra.

Jail employees then asked if Hart had anything else hidden on her body.

That is when the woman allegedly pulled out two more bags of marijuana that were tied off in a condom that was inside of her vagina.

She is now facing additional charges for bringing contraband into a penal institution.
