STILWELL, Okla. – An Oklahoma man is behind bars after being accused of murdering his mother.

On Thursday morning, Stilwell police asked the OSBI for help investigating a deadly shooting at a home in the 100 block of W. Blackjack St.

Authorities say 56-year-old Lena Duncan was found dead from an apparent gunshot wound.

Investigators learned that several other people were inside the home when the shooting occurred just before 8 a.m.

Officials learned from witnesses that Duncan’s son was the one who allegedly pulled the trigger.

Deputies arrested 28-year-old Stormy Seth Gann, Sr. about a mile and a half from the crime scene on a complaint of first-degree murder.

Investigators say Gann was released from prison less than two weeks ago after spending more than five years behind bars for assault and battery with a dangerous weapon.
