California woman arrested in Oklahoma for ‘child stealing’

CUSHING, Okla. – A California woman was arrested in Oklahoma for allegedly abducting a child.

Jaimee Finley was driving in Cushing Friday afternoon when a police officer pulled her over for speeding in a school zone.

When the officer ran Finley’s license plate, he learned the vehicle was connected to a child abduction case from California.

Finley’s infant daughter was in the backseat of the vehicle.

Finley was arrested for a California felony warrant of “child stealing” and booked into jail.

Her daughter is currently in DHS custody.
