Wright said deputies found 30-year-old Kala Brown “chained like a dog” inside a large metal container after they heard her banging on the walls, according to WYFF.
Authorities believe she had been kept in the container for the last two months.
Brown said she had been chained by the neck inside the container and was given food regularly.
