Oklahoma’s men’s basketball team had four players score in double figures, and the Sooners went on a 17-3 run to break the game open in the second half, on their way to an 89-70 win over Tulane on Thursday night at HP Fieldhouse in Orlando, Florida.

Senior guard Jordan Woodard led all scorers with 22 points, with four 3-pointers, and added 7 assists and 6 rebounds.

Rashard Odomes added 15 points, while Christian James had 12 and Khadeem Lattin 10.

OU led by just three at halftime, 38-35, but took control with a 17-3 run to get a comfortable lead.

Oklahoma shot 52 percent from the field and was an efficient 8 of 17 from three-point range.

The Sooners controlled the glass as well, outrebounding the Green Wave 46-31.

Oklahoma improves to 2-0 on the season, and will play Northern Iowa next on Friday at 6:00 pm in their second game in Orlando.
