Big 12 football coaches released their postseason honors on Wednesday, and many of them are identical to the picks the media announced the day before.

Oklahoma had 12 spots on the first and second teams by the coaches, while Oklahoma State had 11.

The Sooners had five on the first team offense and two on the first team defense.

The Cowboys had one on the first team offense and two on the first team defense.

On the second team, OU had three on offense and two on defense.

OSU had five on the second team offense and three on the second team defense.

Oklahoma’s Dede Westbrook is the Big 12 Offfensive Player of the Year, duplicating the honor he won by the media.

He’s just the second receiver to ever win the award, joining Justin Blackmon of Oklahoma State in 2010.

Oklahoma offensive tackle Orlando Brown is the Big 12 Offensive Lineman of the Year.

Oklahoma State’s Justice Hill is the Big 12 Offensive Freshman of the Year.

Oklahoma’s Bob Stoops is the Big 12 Coach of the Year for the second season in a row, and the sixth time overall.

It’s the first time he’s won the award in back-to-back years.

The only other coach to win in consecutive seasons is Kansas State’s Bill Snyder in 2011 and 2012.

Here’s a complete look at the individual awards, first and second team selections, and honorable mention picks:
