TULSA, Okla. – Customers of an Oklahoma utility company may be eligible for a refund or credit on their bill.

Beginning Nov. 29, current PSO customers began receiving a credit on their bill for a refund of interim base rates.

The refund is in response to an order by the Oklahoma Corporation Commission.

If you are a former customer who received service between Jan. 15, 2016 and Nov. 10, 2016, you may be eligible for a one-time refund.

Officials say those former customers have six months to apply for a refund from PSO, adding that the deadline is June 1, 2017.

To apply for a refund, call 1-888-216-3523.
