Man arrested after allegedly kicking down stranger’s door
OKLAHOMA CITY – An Oklahoma man was taken into custody after he allegedly broke into another man’s apartment and tried to fight him.
On Nov. 17, officers were called to an apartment in the 1700 block of N.W. 9th St. after dispatchers learned about a burglary and the resident was fighting with the alleged suspect.
According to the arrest affidavit, the victim and his roommate were sitting on the couch when they heard 28-year-old Domingo Tsoodle, Jr. kicking on another door.
The victims said that Tsoodle then began kicking their door, even though they yelled at him that it was the ‘wrong house.’
The residents told police that Tsoodle kicked the door open and walked to their bathroom. Once inside the bathroom, Tsoodle allegedly told one of the men to hit him while slapping his own face.
When one of the men tried to get Tsoodle out of the apartment, he allegedly tried to choke victim.
Tsoodle was arrested on one complaint of first-degree burglary.
