  • Motorcycle safety classes offered free by the OHP

    The Oklahoma Highway Safety Office says that with new motorcycles having 200hp engines, motorcycle safety is of utmost importance. Free classes are now being offered by the Oklahoma Highway Patrol to ensure all cycle riders know how to control their motorcycles properly, watch out for distracted car drivers and keep the roads as safe as possible.

    OKLAHOMA CITY – The Oklahoma City Barons dropped their second straight contest against Grand Rapids with a 3-0 loss. The Griffins now have a 3-2 series lead over the Barons and can close out the Western Conference Semifinal series Tuesday night at 6:00 in Grand Rapids.     OKLAHOMA CITY – Patty Gasso’s Oklahoma Sooners will play for a national title for a second straight season. The Sooners beat Washington 6-2 at ASA Hall of Fame Stadium late Sunday night. Oklahoma was propelled by home runs from Lauren Chamberlain (her 29th of the season) and Keilani Ricketts who belted hers nearly 300 feet. Keilani Rickett’s also did it on defense.
