Burglary ends with chainsaw chase, harpoon attack

OKLAHOMA CITY – An early morning break in leaves one man shot with a harpoon and another chased with a chainsaw. Two men in ski masks and bullet-proof vests claiming to be police officers broke into the couple’s home near N.W. 11th and Roff.

The woman in the home fought back chasing the intruders with a chainsaw.

When the suspects took the chainsaw, her boyfriend stabbed one of the assailants with a fishing harpoon.

After the struggle the intruders taped up the two victims and beat the man.

The burglars were last seen traveling westbound on northwest 11th St.

The man was taken to the hospital in unknown condition.
