Police search for suspects in Piedmont shooting, burglary

PIEDMONT, Okla. -- Piedmont Police said around 5 p.m. Wednesday two men barged into a home on the 3000 block of Wagon Wheel Rd.

Investigators said a woman was home alone when two white males in their early twenties rushed in with guns.

Police said there was a struggle and shots were fired.

Officers said they don't believe anyone was hit but the woman is being treated at a local hospital for unknown injuries.

Police don't know how long the men were inside the home but said items are missing.

Then men were last seen leaving the backyard of the home traveling on foot heading northeast.
