OKLAHOMA CITY – Police are currently looking for clues in a shooting on the city’s northwest side Saturday evening.

Crews set up a perimeter for a while near the Wentwood Apartments, along N.W. 10th St. and Purdue, after a victim was shot multiple times in the area.

Police say the suspect walked up to a man outside of a beauty supply store and fired a few shots.

Another person inside the store heard the gunshots, came outside and fired his own weapon at the suspect as he was standing over the victim.

It is not known if the suspect was hit or not.

If you have any information on the shooting, you are asked to call the Oklahoma City Police Department.
