An Oklahoma pool builder accused of cheating customers is in even more hot water.

We were the first to warn you about Gary Oester.

It’s alleged he stole tens of thousands of dollars from customers.

“How does he sleep at night knowing he’s done this to so many people and we have two young kids,” customer Misty Egelston said. “When’s our pool gonna be ready? Where’s our pool?”

This week Oklahoma Attorney General Scott Pruitt’s Office charged Oester with six counts of embezzlement on behalf of homeowners in Oklahoma, Canadian and Cleveland counties.

Earlier this year Oester also pleaded guilty to home repair fraud in Logan County and is currently serving out another sentence for the same crime in Canadian County.

Scott and our team will continue to follow this story.
