TUTTLE, Okla. — Tuttle is the first town to announce water restrictions this year.

City reps said Tuttle has not fully recovered from last year’s drought and does not have enough water in reserve.

Tuttle is working to purchase water from Blanchard and Newcastle, but even then, odd-even watering restrictions are in place.

All home and business owners are asked to conserve water whenever possible.
