OSU football player facing drug charge

STILLWATER,Okla.—An OSU football player is facing a misdemeanor drug charge after allegedly being caught with drug paraphernalia on campus.

Isaac Maselera, 19, was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia after a resident advisory at the university supposedly found a metal marijuana grinder in his possession.

That advisor turned the item over to police but Maselera was not arrested.

His court date is set for July 13, 2012.

If convicted, he could face a $1,000 fine or one year in prison.
