TULSA, Okla.—A Tulsa teenager drowned in a local lake after falling off a surfboard Saturday.

The Oklahoma Highway Patrol says 17-year-old Thomas Alvarez fell off the board in Keystone Lake around 7:30 p.m. into about nine feet of water.
