GRAYSON COUNTY, Texas — Country music star Randy Travis is in trouble with the law for the second time this year.

Police arrested Travis after finding him naked and combative at the scene of his car wreck late Tuesday night.

Police said he is facing DWI charges in Grayson County located in North Texas along the Oklahoma border, west of Tioga where he lives.

Officers report the 53 year old crashed his Pontiac Trans Am into several construction barricades.

When troopers approached him, they said he was combative and after being arrested, he threatened to kill them.

He posted a $21,500 bond and walked out of jail barefoot in scrubs provided by the county and a Texas Longhorns hat Wednesday.

This is his second alcohol-related arrest south of the Red River this year.

Texas police arrested the Grammy winner in February for public intoxication.
