Hospitalization can be unnerving enough when you are an adult, imagine how scary the experience can be for a child.

Vanessa Hart and her son Brock know first-hand just how devastating a cancer diagnosis can be.            

So does Dr. Rene McNall, a pediatric cancer specialist with the Jimmy Everst Center for Cancer and Blood Disorders in Children.

Brock was diagnosed with cancer as an infant.

They group stopped by to tell us about a special event coming up for The Jimmy Everst Center.
