OSU student accused of sexual assault bonds out

STILLWATER, Okla. – The OSU student who has been accused of sexual assault has bonded out of jail Friday. 

He faces three counts of sexual battery and was held on a $100,000 bond.

Nathan M. Cochran, 22, is accused of groping and sexually assaulting two men while they were sleeping.  

Cochran, a former member of the Farm House fraternity, turned himself in Wednesday night.

Earlier this week, Oklahoma State University suspended Cochran for three years.

University officials found him responsible for four sexual misconduct violations of the OSU Student Code of Conduct.
