EL RENO, Okla.—A Canadian County woman is trying to track down a moving company that she claims has all of her belongings.

She says the company went out of business but has not returned her belongings.

Peg Black said, “I just paid my money every month thinking everything was okay.”

She hired a company to store her things when she moved in with her mother about a year and a half ago.

Now that company appears to be out of business and she has no idea where to look for her items.

Black said, “I had really good service. I had no complaints whatsoever, but now they have all my things.”

She says she hired Good Brothers Moving and Storage out of Oklahoma City and paid them $59 each month.

In August, her check was mailed back to her.

Since then, she hasn’t been able to get a hold of anyone from the company.

She said, “It has been very frustrating because we have things in that storage that can’t be replaced.”

After searching and coming up with two wrong addresses, we decided to stop by the home of the man who owned the company.

He was not at home.

Four months after she made her last payment, Black is still looking for answers.

She said, “Honestly, I just want my storage back, everything in it. I want it all back, I deserve it, it is mine and I want it.”

She is now planning on contacting the Attorney General’s Office to file a complaint.

As for the owner of the company, he has not returned our calls.
