ST. LOUIS, MO – A 6-month-old boy is left without his mother Tuesday night after the body of the missing Oklahoma woman was found in the trunk of her car.

Police said they found her white Mitsubishi Eclipse around noon in north St. Louis.

Ebony Jackson Shelton was last seen Thursday by old friends in east St. Louis.

She was living in Moore, Okla., but was in St. Louis visiting friends and showing them her baby, Donovan Prom.

That infant was found early Friday morning at a St. Louis apartment complex.

He had a full bottle, so it seems he was not there very long.

Police have been able to track some of Jackson Shelton’s movements thanks to the GPS device inside her car.

Now the search is over and a murder investigation is underway.
