OKLAHOMA CITY - Two missing Lincoln County siblings have been found safe in Oklahoma City Thursday afternoon.

Authorities said the children were with with mother who does not have custody, 30-year-old Misty Hausam.

She has been taken into custody.

They said she is mentally unstable and a heavy drug user.

Family members said Hausam is bi-polar.
