RICHMOND, Va. – Someone in Richmond, Va., is now $217 million richer after Wednesday’s Powerball drawing.

Sadly, no major winners were reported in Okla.

The winning Virginia ticket matched the numbers 5, 27, 36, 38 and 41, with a Powerball of 12.

Saturday’s Powerball will start again at $40 million or a $25.1 million cash prize.

A Michigan ticket won the Mega Millions jackpot, slightly smaller at $19 million, with the numbers 2, 5, 10, 26 and 44, and a Mega Ball of 46.

The Mega Millions jackpot starts back at $12 million.

Lottery officials said it’s likely the winners will take the cash since no one has chosen the annuity option in over five years.

Cash prize for the Powerball jackpot is just over $136 million.
