Do you work from home? The IRS has announced a new home office tax deduction.

The new rules starting Jan. 1 could save you money on next year's return.

There are three key factors to the new 2013 deduction form; regular, exclusive and primary.

If the home office claimed is used as a regular place of business, exclusively for business or the primary place of business, it will be allowed in the deduction.
