FAA to relax rules on electronics in flight

The words “please power down your electronic devices before take-off” may soon be a thing of the past.

Instead you may hear, “please put your devices on ‘airplane mode.'”

The New York Times is reporting that by the end of next year, the FAA will relax the rules for reading devices during take-off and landing.
