OKLAHOMA CITY -- A train conductor called 911 after spotting a DUI crash from his moving train.

Police responded to the scene of the crash about 12:30 a.m. Tuesday near NE 10th and Sooner Road.

Police say the conductor witnessed the crash and alerted authorities.

Officers found a truck in a ditch with two men inside.

Police say the men were driving westbound on NE 10th when the driver lost control,  swerved and rolled the vehicle landing in the ditch next to the tracks.

The conductor of the train stopped his train to call 911 leading some to believe the train had been involved in the wreck, which is was not.

Police believe both men in the truck had been drinking.

Both were taken to the hospital with minor injuries.
