OK City Star finalists sing this weekend

OKLAHOMA CITY -- The Oklahoma City Star competition is wrapping up this weekend.

The competition seeks to find the best young singer in Oklahoma.

NewsChannel 4's Ali Meyer talks with competition organizer Nancy Nortz about the ten 2013 finalists.

Teens from around Oklahoma traveled to the KFOR studios to sing on the morning show.

Check out their rendition of Amazing Grace.

The OK City Star Finals will be Saturday April 27th at 7 p.m. at Douglass High School Auditorium.

The winner of the OK City Star competition gets $1000, a recording contract and opportunities to perform their original song.
