Subaru recalling 10,000 new cars for floor mat, brake issue

A popular car company know for reliability is recalling more than 10,000 new vehicles.

Subaru is recalling the 2014 Forester Wagons.

Officials said exposure to heat can make the floor mats curl, causing them to interfere with the clutch, brake and gas pedals.

The recall covers Foresters made from Jan. 2013 through March.

Subaru officials said they will notify owner and dealers will replace all four mats free of charge.
