OKLAHOMA CITY -- Flooding and downed power lines caused outages in the S.W. 89th and May area. Also high winds ripped the roof off of apartment complexes in that area.

To make matters worse there was considerable rain after the roof blew off flooding several apartments and causing significant water damage.

Broken electric poles and downed power lines knocked the power out for a large area near this intersection in Oklahoma City. The storm dumped up to 6, sometimes 8 inches of water in Oklahoma City and surrounding areas.
