Two former Redhawks make all-star roster

OKLAHOMA CITY — Two former Oklahoma City RedHawks made the American League roster for the All-Star Game July 16th in New York.

Chris Davis of the Baltimore Orioles will start at first base for the AL, while Texas Rangers outfielder Nelson Cruz will be a reserve.

No other players with Oklahoma connections made either team’s roster.

The All-Star Game will be played at Citi Field, home of the New York Mets.
