Oklahoma State guard Marcus Smart scored 11 points and had three rebounds and three assists as Team USA beat Serbia 82-68 to win the gold medal at the FIBA Under 19 World Championship in Prague, Czech Republic.

The U.S. broke open a close game in the fourth quarter to pull away and win.

The Americans went undefeated in the tournament in winning this event for the fifth time.
