LEXINGTON, Ky. -- A Kentucky woman presumed dead by rescuers after disappearing into a Bath County creek has been located alive and well.

Reporter Adam Winer of NBC affiliate WLEX says he heard the woman calling out to him from the other side of Slate Creek just before 7:30 a.m.

Gloria Means says she had a "rough night", and had slept in the woods "cold and naked".
