NORMAN, Okla.- A woman convicted of 24 counts of sexually abusing a boy is now seeking a reduced sentence.
Amy Blose, 38, has served one year of her 15 year prison sentence.
On Thursday, her attorney petitioned the court for her sentence to be reduced.
Blose was convicted of having sex with one of her children's classmate.
Her attorney asked the judge to release her from prison and place her on house arrest for one year before she serves 500 hours of community service.
He also said she would undergo sex offender treatment.
The judge denied the sentence modification request.
