Hugo murder suspect Rainey

HUGO, Okla. – The Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation is now offering a $3,000 reward for information leading to an arrest in the Hugo double murder case.

Investigators are searching for 33-year-old Dawaylon “Hog” Rainey.

Authorities said they believe he shot and killed two people Sunday.

OSBI officials said witnesses told them Rainey walked into a Hugo apartment and killed Floyd Devin Clegg and Qualin Hayden.
