OKLAHOMA CITY – Police arrested a man for burglary after finding him hogtied inside a local bar.

Oklahoma City Police were called to the Cabino Barrera, along S. Robinson, after the owner reported someone breaking into the business.

When officers arrived, they found 51-year-old Jose Villalobos hogtied inside the bar.

According to the police report, Villalobos’ hands and feet were tied together with a belt.

When talking to the witness, he claimed that the bar had been burglarized numerous times and he was waiting inside in hopes of catching the person responsible.

The witness claimed Villalobos used a hammer to pry the front door of the bar open before he was able to hogtie him.

According to the Oklahoma City Police Department’s crime report, Villalobos told officers he was only parking in front of the bar when the witness pointed a gun at him, forced him inside and tied him up.

Villalobos was arrested and charged with one count of second-degree burglary of a business.
