It’s baaaack… Friday the 13th; one of the most superstitious days in our culture.

According to the Stress Management Center and Phobia Institute of North Carolina, as estimated 21 million people in the United States are affected by their fear of this day.

That makes it one of the most feared dates in history.

The fear of Friday the 13th  is known as triskaidekaphobia, meaning the fear of the number 13.

According to officials, the most widespread origin references the crucifixion of Jesus on Friday and the 13 guests at the last supper with guest 13 as Judas, the traitor.

The next Friday the 13th falls in December.
