ANN ARBOR, Mich. -- There really is something to the old saying about getting enough "beauty sleep."

For people with sleep apnea, it's important to use their C-Pap machine regularly.

Research shows now they will look better.

Doctors who treat sleep apnea patients had noticed anecdotally that their patients look more rested and youthful after C-Pap treatment.

Researchers at the University of Michigan put their theory to the test.

Independent, objective people looked at the before and after photos and found those who'd been treated for their sleep disorder looked younger, more alert, and more attractive.
